I had blocked the 7 - 9 pm slot for this product training session in Keppel Bay Towers, Harbour Front. I went for the session with the expectation to learn some tips and tricks. Though the training was well organized, it was consciously limited to information about the product as there are separate paid courses on photography concepts. Nevertheless, the session was quite interesting and informative with so many people present in the session.
I learned one trick from the instructor that I thought is very useful. At times, when auto focus ends up displaying a red square box stating that it is not able to focus at the view that we want to capture, you can focus at some other object in the frame and when the AF detects the same and green square box appears, you can change the view or angle to your original intended frame, while keeping the shutter button half pressed. For this, the AF Mode setting should be in "One Shot".
Apart from this, the training was more informative as I got below reference links for self-learning. I did go through some of the links and they are very rich in content and gives a lot of insight...so, just wanted to share it with all...
